Plants - Asset Design

Here is the first set of 12 plants I created for a game! Below you will fine the other 8 finished plants, as well as my process for creating them! These are the four larger types of plants for the game.

Here is my set of four bushes\smaller plants throughout the game.

I was given the task to design some plants that could appear in various levels in a game. So this was me trying to figure out plants that gave different "feelings" to the player.

These are some color comps for the plants I selected. This is one of my favorite parts, so I did a bunch of different plants.

Some more color comping, this time for some gloomier, less inviting, plants.

Here's some color comps for some more magical and upbeat plants!

Some comps for some trees that would appear more often. So these are sort of the "normal" plants.

Some comps for a creepy, evil magic plant as well as a sassy know it all tree.

And finally some comps for a few more of the more "normal" plants

Here I was playing around with different styles I could use to render the plants. I went with the bottom right.
